Kites will finally be released on December 18. With the film’s delay, we are sort of losing the interest that was built up when the film went for promotion at the Cannes. And then there was this brouhaha over the affair between Hrithik Roshan and his co star Barbara Mori.
There could have been some problem with the international buyers of Kites and things but I read it just had to do something between a difference of opinion between Rakesh Roshan and Director Anurag Basu. The bone of contention was a song which was ultimately snipped.
Sources have to say – “Post-editing, the film is apparently an erotic feast. The love scenes between Hrithik and Mori are sizzling and the producers have nothing to worry about.
