Eminem Threatens to Release Nude Photos of Mariah Carey

Add to Jamespot

Here we go again. Just when we thought Eminem's feud with Mariah Carey was over, he's adding more fuel to the fire.

Hoping to stir up some controversy and press for his new
album, Eminem is threatening to release nude photos of his ex Mariah, through his song lyrics in "The Warning."

He raps in ‘The Warning’: "Only reason I dissed you in the first place is because you denied seeing me. Now I'm p***ed off. I'm obsessed now. Oh gee, is that supposed to be me in the video with the goatee?

"B***h, shut the f**k up before I put all them phone calls out you made to my house. How many times you fly to my house? Still trying to count. Better shut your lying mouth if you don't want Nick finding out. You probably think since it's been so long if I had something on you I woulda did it by now.

"On the contrary, Mary Poppins, I'm mixing our studio session down and sending it to mastering to make it loud. Enough dirt on you to murder you. Mariah, it ever occur to you that I still have pictures?

"Call my bluff and I'll release every f***ing thing I got including the voicemails right before you flipped your top. It cuts like a (knife) when I tell ya get a (life). But I'm movin' on with mine. Nick, is that your wife. Well tell her to shut her mouth then I'll leave her alone. If she don't then I'm just gonna keep goin.”

Mariah seems too classy and too smart to take her clothes off and let her boyfriend take photos. She knows she's built an empire and something like this could really tarnish her image. What do you guys think? Do you think Eminem is bluffing, or could there really be nude photos of Mariah?

Penelope Cruz breaks the red carpet's cardinal rule... but only because her bags were stolen

Add to Jamespot

Most girls wouldn’t carry an entire outfit in their handbag, but then again most girls aren’t Penélope Cruz.

So it’s just as well she had a red trouser suit in her bag, as her luggage was lost on her flight to London from Madrid.

She simply reached for her change of clothes to tread the red carpet at Somerset House last night.

The Bottega Veneta suit wasn’t quite up to her usual glamorous standards, but it did the trick, especially teamed with some show-stopping shoes. It complemented her olive skin and long, brunette hair, even if they were the only thing to stand out.

The actress, 35, came under fire for breaking the cardinal rule of wearing red on the red carpet, but at least we now know she had good reason.

Cruz was in town for the premiere of Broken Embraces, and luckily the heavens didn’t open on her linen number.

She said: 'I looked up at the sky and said, ‘Don’t you rain on me — I’m Penélope Cruz!'

It seemed to do the trick.

Her director, Pedro Almodóvar, had an interesting theory about the lost luggage.

In delightfully broken English, the Spaniard said: 'I think it’s a plot. I think someone take it.

'They a-bring it with him or her to home. I think it was a-stolen for a fetishist.'

The film tells the story of a filmmaker who goes blind after an accident and his struggle to re-engage with life.

It was shown earlier this year at the Cannes Film Festival.

Broken Embraces is the fourth collaboration between Cruz and her fellow Spaniard. It is Almodovar's first film since his 2006 hit Volver.

The movie opened this year's open air season at the Film4 Summer Screen at Somerset House.

Her Spanish actor Javier Bardem was not at the premiere, but she revealed the two of them had recently stayed with U2's Bono on the French Riviera.

The film is released in cinemas on August 28.

Satish Kaushik Charged of Copying Storyline

Producer Ramoji Rao claims that Satish Kaushik has used storyline of his Telgu film Chitram for Teree Sang.

The film is about to release, however it got a twist in between when the director received a legal notice from producer Ramoji Rao. According to the allegation the film has a significant similarity with the Telugu film Chitramproduced by Ramoji Rao in 2000. He further claims that no filmmaker has right to make a film based on the storyline, mannerism or treatment of the mentioned film.

The troubled director, Satish Kaushik said, “I can’t believe that they saw any similarity between my film and theirs. I know their Telugu film Chitram is about teen pregnancy. But so are so many other films like Juno, Fifteen And Pregnantand Where The Heart Is.”

Kaushik later added, “My lawyers are replying to the allegations of plagiarism right now. Show me one shot in Teree Sang, which is similar to Chitram even in passing, and I’m ready to do whatever they want.”

The film is based on teenage pregnancy. In Chitram, actress Reema Sen played the pregnant teenager. However with Teree Sang, newbie Sheena Shahabadi is making her debut, who is also a daughter of yesteryear actress Sadhana Singh.

Review: Love Aaj Kal hits you like fresh air

Add to Jamespot

Sonia Chopra

It's the couple you'd find anywhere: the kind that breaks-up and regrets, then makes-up and regrets, then gets involved with other people and...regrets. They're confident, sweet, confused people who think they've got it all figured out, and are crushingly told by life's turns that relationships aren't always that predictable.

We see Jai (Saif) who's trying to score with a girl at the bar, egged on by his friends. He tells her he's not trying to pile on; the girl Meera (Deepika) asks him why he is then. They dance and kiss; after a year or more, circumstances demand them to move in different directions. Instead of taking the long-distance relationship route, they amicably decide to split and even celebrate their separation. Then on, with Meera in India and Jai in America, their relationship status turns to ex-lovers-turned- friends, who cheerfully reveal the most irritating (his red shoes) and lovable things (her smile) about each other. They move on and meet other people but keep feeling that they haven’t been able to get over each other fully. Jai shares his anxiety with an avuncular restaurant owner Veer Singh (Rishi Kapoor) whose interfering questions finally leads the two to share their remarkably similar stories.

Love Aaj Kal hits you like fresh air, and you instantly fall for the central characters, refreshingly flesh-and-blood with their set of quirks, flaws and strengths. There's Meera, an Art Restorer, whose calm logic tides the couple over stormy waters. "Tu hamesha sahi bolti hai, jaaneman," says Jai ever so often. And yet she falters towards the end, and gets terribly caught in a dilemma. Jai is always brimming with a nervous sort of energy, saying too much when in a difficult situation, with an ego that refuses to make him see the effect of his mistakes. And yet when Jai and Meera are together, giggling endlessly, out-smarting each other at every turn, and discussing things, you're rooting for them unabashedly.

What doesen't work is the constant portrayal of the present generation as being all logic and no heart; while the previous generation's attitude to love as just the opposite. This generalisation is naturally too sweeping to have any kind of effect. Jai scoffs at Veer Singh's `pratigya' of getting his love against all odds, even traveling across cities just for a glimpse of the girl. Singh in turn laughs pitifully at Jai's casual attitude to the break-up with Meera. In such a conversation, Singh says that he got serious about work because he wanted to marry his love; and Jai gave up his love because he is too serious about work. In another such old-new gen talkathon, Rishi says that love happens only once; to which Jai sniggers, `it's happened to me at least 15 times'. Such moral discourses apart, Love Aaj Kal is a treat; especially since the second half energetically flits between the two stories.

Dialogue is funny and insightful. You have Jai praise the term `all the best' that can be said when there's nothing to be said. And indeed, you see him use this term more than often in a sticky situation. Even otherwise the conversation is free flowing, fun and nuanced.

Saif, nearing 40, plays a 20-something character and admittedly looks older. Yet, he makes up with a fab performance. To an extent, he's reprising the roles he's already played in Hum Tum and Salaam Namaste, but Jai in LAK is far more substance.

Meera's characterisation is a delight, and Deepika plays Meera so effectively, you're left wondering who else could have done the role. Rishi Kapoor is earnest. The girl playing Veer Singh's love interest is suited to the character. Director Imtiaz Ali's masterful storytelling, traversing between two eras is superbly aided by the editing (Aarti Bajaj of Jab We Met and Dev D fame, and cinematography (N Natarajan Subramanium who also worked on Jab We Metand Golmaal Returns).

With lilting music and characters you'll love, Imtiaz Ali brings out one of the most romantic films in recent times. It's a love story of the aam junta (mango people, as Jai translates), with a delicious contemporary edge. Go get your fill.

Rakhi Sawant to continue working post marriage

Finally, Miss Rakhi Sawant is going to turn into Mrs. Rakhi Parujanwala on August 2 on the smaller screen. However, Rakhi has refused to quit work and join her Toronto based husband. Moreover, she would also not want her husband to quit work and become as ‘Gharjamai’. So, Toronto-based entrepreneur Elesh Parujanwala has decided to shift base to Mumbai from Toronto.Speaking about his future plans, Elesh said, “There won’t be any need for a long-distance marriage, or for Rakhi to join me in Toronto. I’ve already shifted a part of my business from Toronto to Mumbai and I intend to stay put in Mumbai for a very long time.”

On his taking part in this reality show, Elesh explains, “At first I was skeptical. In fact I initially expressed my misgivings to the program’s creators. I didn’t want my children to one day ask me why I married their mom on a game show. But I’m glad I came on ‘Rakhi Ka Swayamvar’. It isn’t a game, though it may be a show being watched by millions. For Rakhi and for me it’s a matter of life and death.”

”I used to watch Rakhi Sawant in her films and her music videos. At that time I never thought I’d one day be asking her hand for marriage. Life is funny,” he laughs.

Apparently, Rakhi’s brother Ravi Kishan helped and guided her in choosing Elesh over and above other contestants. Says Ravi Kishan, “Elesh always stood out. And I told Rakhi this. The less said about some of the other contestants the better. One of them Manmohan Tiwari had so much attitude, it was almost like he was trying to be the small screen’s Ravi Kishan. Sadly the channel encouraged him to behave the way he did, arguing that it enhanced the TRPs. He behaved very badly with Rakhi. He had a girlfriend tucked away all the time. Why was he wooing Rakhi then? I told her Elesh was the best guy for her.”

The committee, however, gave an ‘A’ certificate again.

Love aaj Kal Movie Review

Add to Jamespot

The most anticipated movie of the year 'Love Aaj Kal' is an entertainer which might appeal to classes but not the masses. Burdened with sky high expectations, Imtiaz Ali could not recreate the magic of 'Jab We Met' but the film is a breezy entertainer. 'Love Aaj Kal' as the name suggests is a story of two couples, Veer [Saif Ali Khan] and Harleen [Simran] set in Delhi and Kolkata in the year 1965 and Jai [Saif Ali Khan] and Meera [Deepika Padukone] set in the present day in London, San Francisco and Delhi. And as the name suggests, the movie revolves around the idea that be it 1965 or 2009, the aspects of love do not change though the manner of loving someone might. Saif and Deepika are a modern day couple and things happen quite quick and casual between them, be it their first kiss or their break up where they throw a huge party to celebrate. Being the modern career oriented couple does not mean you just hit the party scene or hang around with friends, get drunk and go hanky panky without actually having feelings for each other. The 'Aaj' couple seem more direct and get kicks over their experimental kinks with their two year old relationship. The lingo used by them and the casual comfort between them reminds you of 'Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na'. Enter the 'Kal' couple, truly, madly, and deeply in love with each other, and committed to each other without talking to each other even once. Another extreme case but realistic as we are talking about 1965. Stories woven into one another unfolds the mystery slowly for us, though at one point Imtiaz does not get into the Veer Harleen track for so long that it makes you wonder what happened next in their love story.

Our giggly happy go lucky 'Aaj' couple have bouts of uncertainty about their love for each other and their capability rather incapability to move on with their lives and find love somewhere else until it is too late, literally, the day of Meera's marriage to Vikram [Rahul Khanna].Even after the realization of the undying emotions for each other 'Jai and Meera' avoid creating scenes at the wedding, only to call off the marriage the very next day. Now this is definitely not acceptable to an Indian audience, it does make sense that you cannot hold on to a loveless marriage, but has Imtiaz forgotten the fate of 'Humko Deewana Kar Gaye'? Then the movie gets into the 'Hum Tum' and 'Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna' mode, the lovers separating to get settled in different parts of the world with absolutely no communication between each other and one day lighting strikes and so does cupid to unite the 'ones made for each other'.

Saif is at his confused best in the movie, his role almost looks like an extension of his 'Hum Tum' role or Aamir Khan's character from 'Dil Chahta Hai', the modern, practical, commitment phobic guy, looks like Saif's personal life image is kind of etched into the movie too. He does justice to the role of 'Jai' with great designer clothes, a carefree attitude and tongue in cheek humour. Deepika looks gorgeous and her wardrobe rocks, though the chemistry between Saif and Deepika is weak. Rishi Kapoor is awesome in his Sardar look and gives a power packed performance while Simran who plays Harleen looks like a younger and cuter version of Tabu and has just two dialogues to her credit. But all applause to Saif in the Sardar role of young Veer Singh, his dialogue delivery and body language is extremely accurate. One wonders why Rahul Khanna even exists in the movie ? A talent wasted, must say. The locations are scenic and beautiful, be it the UK, or San Francisco or Delhi, or the fort where the 'Kal' couple meet a la 'Veer Zaara' or the various historical places where Deepika works. Nothing can go wrong with the locations and the depiction of urban life as well as life in the sixties.

Imtiaz seems to keep his obsession with running behind moving trains intact, maybe he considers it a lucky charm after 'Jab We Met', but unfortunately in 'Love Aaj Kal' it reminds you about 'Dilwaale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge'. In fact another scene where Veer Singh gets into a quick conversation with Harleen's mother is a direct cut and paste from 'Dilwaale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge'. The music of the movie is very good and the songs apt to the situation. But too many film formulas rolled into one makes 'Love Aaj Kal' a Cultural Cocktail instead of a Cult. Worth seeing once as it comes like a good breakthrough after the Box Office disasters this year.

Deepika Lara and jiah in a movie with Akshay Kumar-ooh

Add to Jamespot
Did you know that Deepika and Akshay are making another movie together.

I found this on zeenews. Read the article below

Unlike other actors, who are reluctant about taking up multi-starrer projects, Deepika Padukone has firm belief in herself and no insecurity about her talent. No wonder then that she has signed ‘House Full’, which also stars sexy sirens like Lara Dutta and Jiah Khan as well as talented actors like Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh.
Directed by Sajid Khan, ‘House Full’ is a laugh-riot throughout. Talking about the film, Deepika said that her role is very meaty and interesting.

"You have to see the kind of script that has been offered to you before making a judgment around whether it is a solo heroine or a multiple heroine film", Deepika said to a news daily from London where she is currently shooting for ‘House Full’.

"There are certain scripts which can`t be complete without number of characters coming together; ‘House Full’ is one of them. Yes, the film is a multi-starrer but frankly, I don`t have a problem working in such films. How does my role fit in the film? Well, of course it had to be meaty enough for me to say yes," Deepika said.

Well, we hope it is meatier than the roles of Lara and Jiah or Deepika may end up repenting about choosing a multi-starrer project.

Kaminey is for Adults only

Add to Jamespot
Uh OH! So many of you will not be able to watch this in theatres. Will have to wait for the DVD. Vishal Bhardwaj's Kaminey gets an A certificate because of heavy duty violence and abusive language. Remember Omkara, they say its even worse than that.

Its a confirmed report in a news daily that quotes, “The examining committee saw the film and thought that the film had too much violence. They suggested major cuts. However, Vishal is not keen on brutally chopping the film and neither does he want an A certificate. So, the film was sent to the revising committee where Sharmila Tagore, the Chairperson, watched it with a panel of members in Delhi yesterday afternoon. However, after watching the film, it has been decided that the film will indeed have an A certificate. Vishal’s request for a U/A certificate has fallen on deaf ears.”So if you were planning to watch it with your folks, think again.

Love Aajkal gets a 4 stars rating, anyone seen it yet?

Add to Jamespot
There is a point shortly after the interval of Love Aaj Kal where you may feel the film might end up in a wedding scene when a wedding is stalled to reunite the parted lovers. Remember films like Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein? Thankfully Love Aaj Kal takes us beyond those situations. This actually ends up as an alternative and happier ending for Devdas with a more independent and intelligent Paro!

The strongest point of Love Aaj Kal is the extremely novel screenplay and narrative. It has very contemporary dialogues which work wonderfully for the situations and the characters. This film delivers high on quality of entertainment – enough to make you love it, or probably go for it all over again!

Amy Winehouse warned by Michael Jackson's Ghost

Add to Jamespot

The latest buzz about troubled singerAmy Winehouse is that she has been reportedly warned by Michael Jackson's ghost to quit her drug addiction soon. Earlier, many of her friends including her ex-hubby Blake Fielder-Civil had advised her to quit the habit, but all was in vain. In fact, the singer had exiled herself in the Caribbean that prompted her to really kick the habit.

It is said that the 'Back to Black' singer was visited by mediums during her stay on the Caribbean island of St Lucia. "Amy Winehouse heard Michael Jackson's voice telling her if she didn't sort herself out, she'd lose everything," People quoted a friend of Amy saying.

This is really a Good advice from the spirit of King of Pop. Winehouse has been a great Michael Jackson fan. Once she had said, “I could never decide whether I wanted to be Michael Jackson or marry him. I don’t care what people say because he’s a f**king genius.”

Amy Winehouse's pal said that they might have been telling her that for years, but it's finally taken a ghost to make her listen. They also said that she has been great MJ fan she will definitely try to sort herself out of drug addiction.

Megan fox worlds-sexiest-pot-smoker

Add to Jamespot

Megan Fox has said numerous fantastically dumb things to the media in her young career. (I hate to bash her but just check out “10 Megan Fox Quotes That Will Make You Go Hmmm…” for proof). But recently, she said something that we here at COED can fully endorse:

In the upcoming issue of British GQ Fox said, “I can’t tell you how much bullsh*t I’ve been through because I will openly say that I smoke weed. People look at it like it’s this crazy, hippy, f**ked-up thing to do. And it’s not. I hope they legalize it. And when they do, I’ll be the first person in line to buy my pack of joints.” (Emphasis added)

What-what-what? Megan Fox the weed smoker?!

So let us be the first to say that Megan Fox is the world’s sexiest pot smoker, leaving these other 53 pot smoking babes and these 7 sexy celebrity pot smokers in her dust.

(Note to self, bump Montel Williams off our list of “The 10 Most Successful Potheads on the Planet… Cool Enough to Admit It” to make way for Megan Fox.)

It makes me wonder, which of the 24 types of pot smokers would she be? She’s definitely not the “Sorority Girl” smoker or a “Stoner Chick,” so I’m going to go with “Skater” because I like to imagine Megan has an extremely high potential for raw havoc when she is smoking.

I’m just hoping for the day when an eagle-eyed paparazzi nails Megan with a joint in her hand wearing a braless pot-tee, so she can join the ever growing list of celebrities caught smoking pot.
