Claudia being wooed by regional filmmakers

Claudia Ciesla has made an entry into Indian cinema on a right foot. Armed with moral support from the likes of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, and not to forget a few controversies, Ciesla has grabbed many eyeballs despite her film ‘Karma’ tanking at the box office.

Now, the siren claims to be getting offers not just from Bollywood but from regional filmmakers as well.

“Besides two Bollywood offers on hand, I also have offers from Bengali, Punjabi, Marathi and Tamil film producers. I may take a chance to do a regional film if I like the script and if my role is a challenging one,” Claudia is quoted as saying by a news agency.

Even though she may still be seen as a foreigner in the industry, Claudia has taken to Indian lifestyle like a fish to water.

“I feel at home in India and I love the people of India. I love the south very much. I stayed in Ooty and in Chennai and it was great,” Claudia said.

However, the 22-year-old wants to set up her workplace in Juhu Mumbai.

Apart from Bollywood, Claudia is also deeply drawn towards the Hindu philosophy. She says her way of thinking is very close to the Hindu thought.

“I love Hinduism's tolerance and peaceful thinking,” she said.

Claudia has been visiting many temples in India and has been offering prayers. She also carries with herself a small Ganesha idol presented to her by a vedic astrologer in Tamil Nadu.

Apparently, the statue has been bringing a lot of luck and movie offers.
